CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a 24 hour Cancellation Policy. Late cancellations will incur a fee for the cost of the appointment.
Cancelling with unexpected late notice leaves our therapists with a hole in their day that is rendered unbookable. Please be considerate of your therapists time and provide as much notice as possible for a cancellation. You can manage all bookings online through your Jane App profile.
We also understand that extenuating circumstances come up from time to time, we are all human. Please call and leave a message and your therapist will discuss whether a rescheduling of your appointment is a better option.

We use the principles of Pilates and traditional exercise prescription to rewire the body's muscle firing patterns, to create new and lasting protective movement patterns for healing and preventative injury management.

Telehealth Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Session
Physiotherapy services delivered online for assessment, home self treatment and exercise.Telehealth appointments can be booked for 60, 45 and 30 minute duration beginning with a 60 minute Initial Assessment.
